I’m telling you, once I started to learn how to be happy, I started losing weight. It’s not the other way around.Hello Livelies! How are you doing?Today, I want to share with you a really powerful concept that completely transformed my life (I cannot stress that enough). This is a concept I learned in Marie Forleo’s program, Live in The Moment Booty Camp (it was such a fun course). This entire program was all about living in the moment, and there was one concept really shifted things from me.So often our mind get stuck in this,“This isn’t it” mentality. This isn’t the body. This isn’t the apartment. That’s not the husband. This isn’t the job. This isn’t it.Your mind is constantly in a dissatisfied state; saying things like, “You should be further along by now.” Making it really hard to be happy — and when you’re not happy, it’s hard for your body to release fat.So here’s the deal sister; No matter if you get that ideal body, car, apartment, or promotion, eventually your mind will say, “This isn’t quiet as great as I thought it would be. ” And then your mind just keeps on saying, this isn’t it!When you continually live in a this-isn’t-it type mindset, you are holding the brakes on all the greatness that you have in front of you. But when you start living in a moment and partying with NOW, being happy NOW (because you know we can’t do anything in the past, can’t do anything in the future) then you fully accelerating yourself into all the abundance that you have available to you.Here’s your awakening activity this week. I want you to shift your mindset intohow_to_be_happy“This is it” mentality. This is it! This is the body. This is the apartment. This is the job. This is it. Party with it… have fun with it.That’s what I want you to do this week.Every time your mind goes into “this isn’t it,” I want you to say, “Woah! Hold on. Wait.” This IS it. Yeah, this is it, because this is where the power lies.
